Glasses

Luther had to use glasses because he was far-sighted. At the end of his life, he could not see anything with his left eye. Luther often used the word glasses when he called for viewing a case precisely. Glasses are indeed a sign of wisdom, but according to Luther, it still did not help one to understand the Bible. Man is blinded in his brain, wearing glasses does not solve that.
