It is no wonder when a human falls, it is a wonder when a human gets up again and stays standing. Peter failed to know that he was a mere human and nowadays well-heeled people fall off their pedestal regularly; an angel even fell in heaven (that beats it all!) and Adam fell in paradise. Is it then a wonder when a reed is moved by a storm and the smoking flax quenched? Our Lord Jesus may give you wisdom, determine your doings and complete your good work.
